This wine has been fermented and aged in kvevri in accordance with ancient Georgian winemaking traditions. The wine is made from one of Georgia's famous red grape varieties, Saperavi, harvested from the biological vineyards of the Kakheti region, the village of Staraya Anaga.
Unfiltered, 12 days skin contact, aged in quévry, the wine is spontaneously fermented. The wine was made with wild yeast and does not contain any additives.
