Georgian natural wine. Amidasturi was created in the second half of 2020. The name of this wine was taken from the name of the 7th century church located in the village of Vachnadziani Amidasturi.
Several important people/circumstances played a significant role in the creation of this label: a famous Georgian writer who wrote a short novel about this church and her beautiful childhood spent in the churchyard, another famous Georgian artist who painted this story on canvas and of course the combination of 3 grape varieties: Rkatsiteli 70%, Kahuri Mtsvane 27%, Muscaturi Rkatsiteli 3%.
Вино ферментировалось и выдерживалось в сосудах квеври с 7-месячной мацерацией кожицы. Виноград выращивается в Кахетии, на правом берегу реки Алазани, селе Вачнадзиани, Шалоант Ахоеби — специфический терруар, расположенный на высоте 450 метров над уровнем моря, в сухом, жарком климате, на каменистой/илистой почве. Вино нефильтрованное.
