Description

In a word: power.
The label shows decisive lines and assertive tones that capture well the characters of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grape varieties.
The numbers 60 20 20 denote the percentage of grapes that make up the wine. It represents the gift of life.
Vinification and maturation: this is a late harvest wine as the grapes are picked last; Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon are picked by hand and then pressed on the same day, while the Merlot bunches are picked by hand in a plateau and then left for 20-30 days in a desiccator. The must is fermented in concrete vats at normal temperatures for about 40 days. The wine is aged in new oak barrels for at least 30 months and then another 1 year in bottle.
Red, changing to dark purple and garnet with age.
The aroma features wild red berry, blueberry, redcurrant, wild blackberry, musk and spice.
On the palate it immediately surprises with attractive richness; austere, complex, lingering and well-balanced, with pronounced tannins and shapely structure. Offers aromatic palettes of prune marmalade and wild red berries. A lingering aftertaste with subtle hints of black pepper, rustic herbs and clay earth.
