The label is a complex theme open to many different interpretations, just like the Syrah grape. A woman, a warrior and a winemaker at the same time, who can be as passionate as the heart and its colour. At the core are those roots that we must never forget.....
Vinification and ripening: the bunches are placed on pallets to dry for about 20-30 days. Vinification is carried out in concrete vats at natural temperature and with indigenous yeasts for about 40 days. Aging in new barriques for at least 48 months. A further 1 year in bottle.
Dark red colour, intense and progressing to garnet with age.
Aroma intense black pepper, chocolate, blueberry and red fruits, currants, tobacco with a long aftertaste of liquorice, rhubarb and coconut.
The flavour is warm, enveloping, rich, tannic and well-saturated. Broad expression, finishing with plum, cherry, chocolate and mint.
