The wine is produced in the province of Cuneo in a specific area that includes the villages of Barolo, Serralunga d'AIba, La Morra, Grinzane Cavour, Diano d'Alba.
This is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious Italian wines and a century of Piedmont and Langhe tradition. It is an exquisite product vinified in exceptional years and in a limited number of bottles.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 15-18 days at controlled temperatures between 25°C and 29°C. The wine is then aged in 5500 litre Slavonian oak barrels for 60 months.
Dark, deep garnet red colour. Classic aroma with notes of sweet wood and vanilla. Velvety tannins and fine dark fruits on the palate.
