For this extraordinary wine, the best Chardonnay grapes are selected from Girlan's hillside vineyards. They grow in different vineyards of 15 to 20 years of age, at an altitude of 450 to 500 metres above sea level. The growing area is rich in minerals as a result of Ice Age sedimentation.
The grapes are picked by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excessive pressure on the grapes. Soft pressing of the entire cluster
and clarification of the must by natural sedimentation. Fermentation in 12 and 15 hl oak barrels followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging on lees in oak casks for 12 months and 6 months in bottle.
Elegant frame and fine consistency with intense fruity notes. Excellent structure, aromatic and mineral, with a persistent flavour.
