Description
The grapes come from jointly planted plots on the banks of the Medjouda.
A river in Shida Kartli. Viticulture is organic, the vineyards are at an altitude of 2000 to 2600 feet on deep dark grey clay soils.
Chinebuli "chin-i-bu-li" (also known as Chinuri) grows in the central Kartli region of Georgia, where it is often blended with the local Goruli-Mtsvane (literally "Mtsvane from Gori") to make a highly acidic, refreshing white table wine. Herbal and fresh woody fruit flavours are common.
Chinebuli and Goruli Mtsvane were shredded after harvest in late October
