Description
"Twishi" is produced according to the Racha-Lechum technology, adapted to cooler climates. The wine is produced by stopping fermentation without adding alcohol, by cooling. The grapes with a high sugar content are not fermented completely and the wine remains natural.
The wine is characterised by a pale golden colour with a greenish tinge. Fruity aromas of fresh tropical fruits and citrus fruits with light hints of stone fruits. A well-balanced texture harmonises with a pleasant sweetness, making the wine persistent on the palette and a memorable sensation.
