Description
The vineyards are located 520 metres above sea level. The vineyards are treated exclusively with biological and natural means. The wine is produced from Rkatsiteli (50%) and Kisi (50%) grapes. The grapes are hand-picked and vinified in the traditional Kakheti style - long skin contact, fermentation and ageing in Kvevri. The wine stays in Kvevri for more than a year.
The result is a richly flavoured, dry orange wine. Aromas of pear, white peach, cinnamon and wild flowers. Elegant tannins.
The wine is unfiltered, heavy sediment is possible.
