This wine has been fermented and aged in kvevri in accordance with ancient Georgian winemaking traditions. The wine is made from a blend of leading Imereti Tsitska 80% and Kakheti Mtsvane 20% wine varieties.
Kvevri, the wine ferments spontaneously, fermentation period with skins 3 days.
The wine is made with wild yeast and does not contain any additives.
